Accounts
Accounts are optional and free. Choose a handle and bio that are not offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone; we may block or change ones that are. Handles and bios are checked against a profanity list derived from the LDNOOBW list (CC BY 4.0, with changes). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
